What do you focus on at the beach?
There’s too much to see -- enough for sensory overload.
It’s important to focus.
Grab the reigns of your wandering mind. Stop being busy making other plans.
Spend dedicated moments with single elements of the shoreline.
Select an item of interest and experience it. Take it in. See it. Focus.
Appreciate the provocative dimensions of a solitary beach fragment, usually ignored.
Wonder at the origin, the journey, the design, the significance and the connection to everything else.
You’ll find that happiness in life is tied to the smaller details.
Attention to details.
Focus.
